Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items (if applicable)

• Gift cards

• Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at shop@martemporium.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you on whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
